Anything, really. But these are the messages that change what gets published here, and they are worth the ten minutes it takes to send one.

Subjects worth an emailAll to one address

01An action page describes the wrong thingEvery page in the library is generated from the app's own catalogue, so the name, the shelf it sits on and whether it returns a clip or a new still picture all come from one file. That makes a mistake systematic rather than isolated: if one page has it wrong, the reading of the catalogue is wrong and so does every page like it. Send the action and what you expected.
02The photo guidance is bad adviceThe note on each page about what kind of photograph the action needs is the one editorial layer on this site, written by us rather than read from the catalogue, which makes it the part most likely to be wrong. If you have run an action on the sort of picture we told you to avoid and it came out fine, that is worth knowing and it changes the page.
03The preview still does not match the actionEvery image on this site is the preview the app itself puts on that action's card, pulled from the same place the app pulls it. If one of them clearly illustrates something else, the catalogue and the app have drifted apart and we would rather hear it from you than find it in six months.
04A guide that should exist and does notThe guides are written for the questions the action pages cannot answer on their own: choosing between two actions, what to do with a group photo, why a result looks wrong. If you got stuck somewhere the library does not cover, that is the most direct way to influence what gets written next.
05The app misbehavedTell us what you were doing, which action, and which device. Purchases run through your Apple account, so refunds and cancellations are handled by Apple rather than by us, but we can still work out what happened and fix the cause.
06Press, partnerships and republishingSame address, and it reaches the people who write these pages. If you want to quote a page or reproduce one of the comparisons, ask and the answer is usually yes with a link back.

02Corrections

How corrections are handled

On the page that was wrong, and visibly. We do not quietly restate a claim and move on, because a site whose whole argument is that it documents the limits as carefully as the results cannot also be a site that edits itself in silence. If a correction changes the advice rather than a word, the page says what it used to say.

The library has an unusual property that makes this easier to keep: the names, the shelves and the split between actions that move a photograph and actions that remake it are all read out of the app's catalogue when the site builds. Nothing there is retyped, so a correction to that layer is a correction everywhere at once rather than a hunt through the pages.

03Why no form

There is no server here to post one to, and that is the point.

Why there is no contact form

This website is written pages and pictures on a CDN. There is nothing here to upload a photograph to, no account, no login and no server behind it, which is what lets the privacy page say in plain words that your pictures never touch this site. A contact form would need somewhere to post to, and we would rather keep that sentence true than have the text box.

Email also happens to be better for what people actually send. Most of it needs a screenshot or the photograph that went wrong attached, and a three line text box is where those go to die.

MomentumLab AI Pty Ltd, a small software studio in Australia. We publish this site and we also make the AI Video app for iPhone and iPad, which is the obvious reason to read anything here with some suspicion. The about page sets out the rules we hold ourselves to, including the ones about what the tools cannot do and about never showing a picture that does not ship in the product.

Reviews, refunds and cancellations go through Apple. Everything else comes to us.
